Those who learn to make decisions early in life, are free of the tension of deciding over and over again on the same subject.

When you set clearly the principles you believe in – and act in accord – step by step you gain the confidence of those who know you closely.

Over time, your friends will know exactly what they should or should not offer you because they know the behavior you have set for yourself.

Establish as soon as possible the dividing line which you will not transpose. Thus, when you are under stress, feeling alone or in moments of discouragement, you will still be safe.

Go to places where it is easier to live up to your ideals. Seek the company of people who have high standards. Try to spread your influence more than you are influenced.

Refrain of all that may awaken lower instincts or that may reduce your level consciousness.

Truly free are those who decide for themselves how to preserve their own freedom.
